Introduce

TelSecretary is an develop tools and run flatform for IVR systems missions.

It can create a mission with its special call flow and data. For TelSecretary applications the combination of the defined Call Flow and the Database supporting that Call Flow for a specific job, is termed a "Mission". You build a Mission by defining the Call Flow and ensuring that
the data required to support it is available.Once a mission is created and saved,it can be assigned to lines such as voice modems or voice boards,and then run.

A mission is made up of user defined call flow and data. Call flow consists of many small phases such as Drop,Play Sound,Record Sound,MonitorDigits,GatherDigits,Generate Digits,Send Fax,Receive Fax,Call Transfer,Data Access.The phases are arranged in an flow tree.Each type of phase has each own son phases.For example Play Sound phase has one son phase-OnDone,indicating the case that the sound has beenn played.You can change a phase to another type of phase to change the call flow.For example,the default type of the OnDone phase of the play sound phase is of the Drop type.Just click the Drop phase,and then click an icon indicating gathering phase on the tool box to change it to a gathering phase.

Send and receive fax in TAPI mode. This make more modem compatible with our software.
