Licensing for VoiceAngel:

Unregistered User:
You are permitted to evaluate VoiceAngel Control in your design environment only for up to a maximum of 60 Days on one machine only. After such time you are required to either Destroy the original and all copies in whatever form of all software and documentation and help files supplied as part of the VoiceAngel Control package or (b) Purchase a full License directly from Soband Inc or Authorized Agent thereof. You are not permitted to distribute application executables using trial versions of VoiceAngel Controls. You are not permitted to circumvent in any way the display of the nag dialog boxes or other messages that may be displayed relating to the trial version nature of the control.

Registered User:
A Registered User of VoiceAngel Controls must have a fully paid up License purchased from Soband Inc or Authorized Agent thereof. The Registered User undertakes not to distribute any Registry Keys offered by Soband Inc to any other party and to take necessary care to prevent disclosure so as to prevent loss to Soband Inc for the unauthorized use of VoiceAngel Controls.

As a registered user you have the right to use VoiceAngel Controls for as many lines as you have purchased Licenses. Each line operated by voiceangel need a license.

All Users:
You are not permitted to reverse engineer, modify or de-compile Soband Controls.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOBAND INC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER OF ANY KIND.

How Many Licenses Should I Purchase?

For VoiceAngel User Version:
Each line operated by voiceangel need a lisence. For example, if you are using a modem on one computer, you need a license. If you are using a 4-port voice board, you need 4 license. If you use two 4-port voice boards on two computers, you need 8 licenses.

You can purchase more licenses at one time for future use for much more discount.

For VoiceAngel Develop Version:

Each developer need a licence. For example, if a company have 4 programmer on the project, 4 license is needed.

I am an Develop Version User, do I need verification code for each user?

You needn't verification code for each user. You can distribute your software with VoiceAngel freely.

How can I get verification code?
Each system running VoiceAngel need a Verification Code.
This verification code is determined by the serial number of hardware of the system. The type of hardware can be:
A.Hard Drive
B.Dialogic Voice Board
C.Voice Modem from us
D.Vcard Voice Board
E.SanHuid Voice Fax Board or USB Voice Box
F.Siemens TC35 SMS Modem

VoiceAngel offer methods: HardDriveSerial, CardSerial, ModemSerial,SsmCardSerial, VCardSerial SiemensTC35Serial to get the serial number of the hardware.

As a registered user, after you've got the serial number of the hardware, you can login in our License Manager system of our site to get verification codes for your system.
Serial number of the hardware and number of lines(Licenses) should be entered to get a verification code for your system.
