Win98/NT: Open Control Panel’s Telephony applet, select the Telephony Drivers
tab, select the Dialogic Service Provider and the press Configure.
Win2000/XP: Open Control
Panel’s “Phone and Modem Options” applet, select the Advanced tab, select
the Dialogic Service Provider and then click Configure.
A Dialogic TSP Configuration window should appear:

Press Advanced to show the Configuration Service window:
The Dialogic TAPI Service Provider (TSP) drivers allow other software (eg. MSCS) to use control the board. To install the TSP follow these steps.
In Windows 2000, open Control Panel -> Phone and Modem Options and select
Advanced->Add->Dialogic Generation 2 service provider for NT4/W2000->advanced.
From the "Configuration Service" Dialog box select "call Parameters" tab.
For voice boards, voiceangel offer two style on outbound call status judgement.
Style A: Judge status by the TSP of the board
In this case, right settings should be set to make TSP offer right status judgement for outbound calls. Usually the default settings will work. If the default settings does not work, do as below:
Change the configuration from "default" to "custom".
Select "1000" for the "Ringback Timeout" . Check "Enable
perfect call" . should be left unchecked. Select DX_PVDOPTNOCON(6)
or DX_PVDENABLE(4) for the "Call progress analysis flags".
Close down the Control Panel and reboot the computer.
Style B:Judge outbound call status
by VoiceAngel through waveform analysis.
In this case, "wrong settings" should be made to make the TSP blindly give a "Connected" message immediatly after dialing.
Do as below:
Change the configuration from "default" to "custom". Select "10" for the "Ringback Timeout" . Other settings remain default.
Close down the Control Panel and reboot the computer.
You can test the settings by the TAPI sample offered by dialogic SR5.11. Dial with a line and the red beside the line turn red, then if it receive a "Connected" message, the light will turn yellow.
Note: Any changes made in the Dialogic’s Configuration Service window will not take effect until the Dialogic System Service is restarted. If you don’t know how to do this then just restart the computer.
